Time to Update the CGD Association’s Questionnaire
If you or your child has been definitely diagnosed with CGD and have previously filled out the CGD Association’s Questionnaire, we would greatly appreciate it if you would update your information – dates of illnesses, infecting organism, type and site of infection. Please, if there has been a death, let us know. We care.
If you or your child has been definitely diagnosed with CGD and have not filled out the CGD Association’s Questionnaire, we would greatly appreciate if you could fill one out. Please request one and we’ll put it in the mail. The questionnaires are a tremendous help in linking patients with similar illnesses or infecting organisms or in the same geographical proximity. If you have been corresponding with other CGD families, you must agree that there are many super, caring families out there - the absolute best!
Currently there are over 1000 CGD patients from around the world on our database, so it is essential to keep tract of where you are and especially how you are doing.
